Your Coaching Engagement
You can expect a comprehensive interview to begin our discovery, and we will determine what assessments you have or may take to get a baseline view of your life today. Jane will get a deep understanding of you, your life stories, and the values that drive you. You will see that Jane believes each person is creative, resourceful, and whole, and she will help you tap into your best qualities to do and be more. With this approach, she will help you begin to think about your situation in new ways. Through powerful questions, meaningful homework and other processes, Jane gets you poised to take action where it can most enrich your life.
As needed, Jane can conduct a variety of assessments and 360° interviews and performance and progress check-ins to allow clients ongoing input and additional perspective and self-awareness. She often partners with additional experts for assessments, group coaching and related services, making it a comprehensive and seamless experience, bringing effective results.
