ABOUT JANE KOENECKE

Jane is a wife and mother who currently serves as Executive Director of The HALO Initiative, a public charity aimed at strengthening education, and a variety of charitable boards and committees. After serving on the Board for the International Coaching Federation of North Texas, Jane continues as a volunteer.
​
Jane combines her background and coaching skills to effectively provide her clients with greater clarity and focus, and they often recognize they have increased confidence, broader perspective, and a more natural, fulfilling way to lead their lives. Coaching Experience​
​
Jane was certified in Quantum Leadership group training in 2010 and served as an internal trainer. In 2019 she became fully trained with the Co-Active Training Institute, known for igniting transformation and a life-long journey developing the deepest expression of leadership in each human being.

Jane has extensive experience coaching hundreds of leaders across various industries and professions and is known for rallying teams around top priorities by helping to create purpose, values, and vision.

Jane is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has served the ICF North Texas Charter Chapter as a Board member and valued volunteer since 2020 when she received her ACC certification.
